No health information is collected here
This website is informational. It does not ask for, and you should not send, any health information through it. Booking, insurance and clinical care are handled on Headway, which is built for that purpose. Nothing about your health is collected, stored or shared by this site.
No advertising, ever
We use no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, and no social media trackers on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share your information, and we do not embed tools that follow you across the web. We never will.
Basic analytics
We do use a privacy-protective setup of Google Analytics to count visits and see which websites and search tools people arrive from. It is deliberately configured so the data cannot be used for advertising: ad personalization and Google Signals are both switched off, and data is kept for the shortest period available. Google Analytics sets a cookie in your browser to do this.
Because this site collects no health information, none is ever sent to Google or to anyone else. If you would rather not be counted, any browser extension that blocks analytics works normally here and nothing on the site will break.
What we collect directly
If you ask to be notified as a referring provider, we collect only the name and email address you provide. That’s it. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any health information through this website.
How we use it
We use your name and email for one purpose: to send our referral one-pager to referring providers who request it. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing isomindandwellness@gmail.com.
Not for medical use
Iso Mind & Wellness is a telehealth practice serving Florida; booking and clinical care are handled securely through Headway. This website is informational only and is not a place to share protected health information or request clinical care. Appointment scheduling and any exchange of health information take place only on secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
